Rob Paulsen

The Wellmont Theater will present “Animaniacs Live in Concert!” — a celebration of animation, music and comedy where the show’s best-loved songs (by composer and “Animaniacs in Concert!” performer Randy Rogel) are performed alongside the cartoons, on Sunday Jan. 23, 2022.

Voice actor Rob Paulsen, who voiced cartoon characters such as Yakko in “Animaniacs,” Pinky in “Pinky and the Brain,” Raphael and Donatello in “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” and Carl Wheezer in “Jimmy Neutron,” will return on the road after a diagnosis of throat cancer, followed by an aggressive treatment and recovery regimen.

Paulsen, who has won a daytime Emmy, three Annie Awards and a Peabody, has rededicated himself to brining joy and happiness to his fans.
