Montclair Physical Therapy’s Dr. Todd Edelson, a Montclair resident and owner of clinics in northern New Jersey and New York City, will offer a virtual “Lunch & Learn” presentation about cognitive changes as we age on Thursday, Oct. 21 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.

The first part of the presentation will explain various stages and conditions of cognitive function and change, and describe normal vs disease-based changes. In a second part, which will be held in November, Edelson will discuss prevention of cognitive decline.

Questions such as “What happens to our brains as they change over the years?” or “How do we understand the difference between normal changes in the maturing brain, and disease such as Alzheimer’s or dementia?” will be answered at the event.
