Parabolic Performance and Rehab, a physical therapy center founded in Montclair and with three other locations in New Jersey, is hosting a mini-triathlon on Saturday Oct. 16 from noon 3 p.m. to raise funds for AAngelsNJ, a cancer awareness organization that provides support and resources to underserved and underinsured individuals and families.

All proceeds will go to the organization.

The mini-triathlon will consist of a 30-minute row at Rowhouse, located at 638 Bloomfield Ave., a 30-minute ride at Cyclebar, located at 656 Bloomfield Ave., and a 1.1-mile run to Parabolic Performance and Rehab, located at 15 Bloomfield Ave.

Before the event, participants will have complimentary energy shots. After the event, there will be complimentary stretching with physical therapists, recovery shakes, and food and beer from New Jersey Beer Co.
