Saturday, June 27—A caller on Macopin Road reported finding “VisitJewWatch.com” written in chalk on the road surface. It is believed that this is an anti-Semitic website that promotes Holocaust denial.
Sunday, June 24 —Police responded to Bell Street on a report of a male checking door handles to motor vehicles. There was no evidence of entry being gained to any motor vehicles in the area. The suspect was not located.
Sunday, June 24— A caller reported that his bicycle was stolen from the area near the entrance of Hillside School.
Sunday, June 24—A caller reported that $3 in cash and multiple personal documents were stolen from a backpack that he left momentarily unattended.
Sunday, June 24—A caller reported that her son’s bicycle was stolen from the area of the soccer field on Essex Avenue.
Monday, June 25— A vehicle owner reported that a box containing $1,280 worth of clothing was stolen from the interior of her vehicle on Parkway.
Monday, June 25— A Lincoln Street resident reported that two air conditioning units were stolen from the side of his residence.
