In 2015, the Rev. Campbell B. Singleton at Union Baptist Church raised $4,000 to send to Mother Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, S.C., after a shooting took the lives of nine people, including an MSU student, and mother to Chris Singleton, Rev. Sharonda Coleman Singleton. Saturday her son Chris came to tell his story and spark a conversation about the aftermath of domestic terrorism.
