Monique H. Talabac, 71, of Montclair, died on Sunday, Nov. 25, 2018.
Ms. Talabac worked as an administrator in human resources at CIC Financial for many years and later was a private chef for families in New York City.
She was predeceased by her parents, Valere and Marguerite Huard.
Ms. Talabac is survived by her ex-husband Leon Talabac, with whom she maintained a very close and loving relationship, her daughter Vanessa Baumann and her husband Thomas, her grandchildren, Philip Baumann, Shay Talabac and Shawnie Talabac, and her sisters Claudette Labordetuya and Michelle Rabi.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30 at Caggiano Memorial, 62 Grove St., Montclair. A funeral service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 1 at the funeral home with interment following at Mount Hebron Cemetery in Montclair.
