Drew Spear, formerly from West Milford and Zachary Williams, formerly of Montclair were married on Friday, Sept. 14. The bride is the daughter of Kim Breazzano of West Milford and Bill and Jo-Ann Spear, formerly of West Milford, of Hoboken. The groom is the son of Deb Williams of Montclair and Greg Williams of Montclair.
The bride’s uncle, Ron Scalici, officiated the wedding on the outside deck along the Hudson River. The reception followed with a black tie celebration at the Chart House overlooking New York City in Weehawken.
Samantha Spear, the bride’s sister, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Kalyn Cedrowski, Kaity Valente, Megan Favre, Lauren Slater and Marisa Meir.
The best man was the groom’s twin brother Harrison Williams. Groomsmen included the groom’s younger brother Parker Williams, Mike Quinn, Tyler Schmitt, Max Jaffe and John Marcelli.
The bride, 29, is a graduate of Berkley College. She is the head of production for Amanda Uprichard, a women’s wear fashion designer in Manhattan.
The groom, 27, is a graduate from Montclair High School, class of 2009 and Kean University. He is a tech recruiter and account manager for K-Force in Manhattan.
The couple met in May of 2015 on a NJ Transit crowded train leaving from Walnut Station. Their first date was in Manhattan on Stone Street with friends in June of 2015. From that day forward, they were together.
The couple is honeymooning in Italy and Greece, making stops in Rome, Sorrento and surrounding towns and will spend time on the Islands of Santorini and Mykonos.
The couple will continue to reside in Jersey City.
