Columbia Biology Professor Robert Pollack, will speak on “Religion and Science” at Bnai Keshet, 99 South Fullerton Ave., on Sunday, Jan. 21 at 10:30 a.m. in the main sanctuary.
From 1999-2012, Pollack was director of the Center for the Study of Science and Religion, a program within Columbia’s Earth Institute.
In 2014 his interest in questions that lie at the intersection of science and subjectivity led him to establish the Research Cluster on Science and Subjectivity, a project within Columbia’s Center for Science and Society.
