Woven Green will hold a concert, followed by a Soundbath Healing Meditation, on Saturday, Oct. 21, 7 p.m., at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation at Montclair, 67 Church St.

Woven Green are a husband-and-wife duo, who blend original contemporary folk, rock, world and new age music in “a spiritual stream of consciousness that invites listeners to the transcendental and mythic world they so passionately inhabit.” The concert will include storytelling, native flutes loop stations, and songs from their debut album, “Into Bloom.”

After the concert, listeners are invited to stay for Soundbath: Woven Green Soundscapes. Listeners are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket. (Chairs are also provided.) The sound bath uses sound “as an intentionally activated energetic tool to elevate and realign meditators to a higher and more harmonious frequency.” The couple use the sounds of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, native flutes and drums, nature sounds, vocal toning, wind gong, and stringed instruments to create soothing melodies and sonic fields. Childcare is provided.

Woven Green Soundscapes are designed to guide listeners into theta brain wave states, which are proven to help reduce stress, awaken intuition, enhance creativity, and promote an overall expanded state of well- being.
